bill@ghlawyers.com      Hello, and welcome to the website of William Louis Gautier, Jr. or Bill Jr. for short.  I was born in 1971 in Miami, Florida and have lived in Florida my entire life.  I was raised in Miami, Florida, attending Palmetto and Westminster High School.  I went to college in Palm Beach and eventually graduated from Law School at the University of Miami.  During my third year of Law School I participated in a litigation skills program which enabled me to become certified and therefore practice as an assistant state attorney prior to graduating.  I was a prosecutor and obtained valuable trial experience prior to even graduating from Law School.  In addition, during my second and third year of Law School, I worked for different attorneys but focused my attention in the area of marital/family law also known as domestic relations law or divorce law.  After finishing Law School in 1996, I have focused my attention solely in the area of family law/divorce law.  Included in this focus of family/divorce law, the subjects include but are not limited to divorce, divorce violence, custody, equitable distribution, alimony, child support, attorney fees, paternity and adoption.
